Microsoft Office is an essential tool in today's world. It is used in school, university, and business. Skills learned in this course will give students an advantage in their academic and professional careers.
Students will learn the basic tools (and a few fancy tricks) to create beautiful and professional documents in Word.
We will learn how powerful Excel is as a scientific tool, by creating different types of graphs, understanding and using formulas, and learning how to filter, sort and format data.
Finally we will learn how to prepare a professional and engaging PowerPoint presentation. We will cover transition effects, animations, sounds, media, and proper graphic design techniques.
Class sizes of about 5-7
Course is suitable for 10-15.

Q: Can parents attend with students?
A: Absolutely! In-fact we even encourage it.
Q: What if I don't have an laptop?
A: There are laptops available to borrow during class. (By prior arrangment)
Q: My child has trouble reading/writing will they still be able to participate?
A: Absolutely! We work with students of all ages and abilities. Parents can also attend to assist.
