Frozen Science

Join us this term for The Science of Biology!

  • Time to learn how life works!  We will dive into Biology this term.
  • We will learn to use microscopes
  • You will see if you can make a cockroach leg move by applying electricity to it!
  • We might dissect a squid (including the ink sac)
  • You will learn how your digestive system works
  • We will look at cells, DNA, and so much more!

GET READY

Here is a checklist to help you get ready for your first day of class

  • $ Ensure your invoice is paid (email / text us immediately if you did not receive one)
  • Pack Check the Lesson Plan each week to see what you need to bring (see below)
  • Pencil Get required Materials (see below)
  • Laptop Download required Software / Apps (see below)
  • Clock Check what time your class starts - Schedule
  • Facebook Join theXtremeSTEM FaceBook Group (also turn on Notifications)
  • Excited Get Excited!

  • Notebook (paper)
  • Ruler
  • Scientific Calculator (or app) (Buy Kmart)
